Here are the instructions to change the text in the Warning screen of StepMania Tacvicom Edition theme (only for version 3.0):
1- Get into the Tacvicom Edition v3.0 theme folder.
2- Get into Languages folder.
3- Open en.ini using a notepad app.
4- Go to the [ScreenWarning] part.
5- Look for the WarningText line, and modify the text with any of those shown below:

 

When using at Home:
